Background: Emily just helped me close on my first investment property while I was living 3 time zones away. I interviewed about half a dozen other agents before talking to Emily, but she stood out immediately. After one conversation, it was clear that her local knowledge and her rehab/renovation knowledge were on a different level. As a new investor, I didn't just need someone who could facilitate viewings and help me navigate the paperwork. I needed somebody who understood what I was trying to do better than I did, and who could help me distinguish between major and minor problems and who could pick out details that an inexperienced eye would miss. Emily was absolutely that person. It took a few viewings before we found the right property, but Emily was always willing and able to schedule a prompt viewing when I found something I liked.
